SECTION 3 - GENERAL REGULATIONS
3.2: regulations governing the misdeal (errors)
1. when the action is commenced, a misdeal can no longer be reported. The hand must be played until the conclusion and the money will not be returned to any person having been a victim of the misdeal. In the parties with button, the action is considered to have started when at least two players after the blinds have spoken in turn. In parts of Stud, the action is considered as being started when two players after the forced bet have spoken in turn.
2. the following circumstances constitute a misdeal as long as it is reported before that two players have spoken.
(a) the first or second card of the hand has been returned or exposed through dealer error.
(b) two or more cards were exposed by the dealer.
(c) two or more cards are found in the package.
(d) two or more extra cards have been distributed at the beginning of a hand
(e) an incorrect number of cards issued to a player, except the top card which can be given if it goes to the appropriate player.
(f) a map has been given off-sequence (except an exposed card may be replaced by the burned card).
(g) the button was in the wrong position.
(h) the first card was distributed to the wrong seat.
(i) the cards have been distributed to fill a vacancy or to a player who is not entitled.
(j) a player has been forgotten while he was entitled to a hand. This player must have been present at the table or paying a blind or an ante.
