SECTION 3 - GENERAL REGULATIONS
3.3 rules governing irregularities

1. in variants with button, if it is discovered that the button was placed incorrectly in the previous hand, the button and blinds will be corrected for the new hand so that each player has the opportunity to play at every position in this round (if possible).

2. the player must protect his own hand at all times. Your cards can be protected with your hands, a token, or other object placed on them. If you are unable to protect your hand, you have no possible recourse if it becomes dead or if the dealer picks up the accidentally.

3. If a card with a different color back appears during a hand, it is considered null and void and all chips in the pot are returned to the respective players. If a card with a different color back is discovered in the balance of the package, the action of the hand remains valid...

4. If two cards of the same color and same value are found, the hand is considered void and all chips in the pot are returned to the respective players (subject to next rule).

5. a player who knows that the package is defective has an obligation to report it. If such a player tries rather to win the pot by betting aggressively knowing protect if it loses the hand, that player may lose the right to a refund, and tokens may be required to remain in the pot for the next hand.

6. If there is extra money in the pot after the application of the previous rule or for a similar reason, only a player who participated in the previous hand is entitled to a hand.

7. a map discovery face-up in the game (card slip) will be treated as a simple piece of paper. A crunched map as a simple piece of paper will be replaced by the next map in the package, except when the next card has already been given face down to another player and mixed with other valid maps. In this case, the removed card will be replaced after all other cards were dealt for that round.

8. a joker that appears in a game where it is not used is treated as a simple piece of paper. The discovery of a joker does not cause a misdeal. If the joker is discovered before the player has is on his hand, he was replaced as indicated in the previous rule. If the player has not reported this irregularity, his hand is considered dead.

9. If a player makes a hand without looking at all his cards, he assumes responsibility for having an irregular card or a joker invalid.

10. one or more missing cards of package does not invalidate the results of a hand.

11. before the first round of betting, if a dealer deals an additional card, it is returned in the package and will be used as burned card.

12. the procedure concerning an exposed card varies depending on the form of poker and is explained in the section appropriate to each variant. A map exposed by the dealer is treated as an exposed card. A card that is exposed by a player is considered playable. To obtain a decision whether a map has been exposed and must be replaced, the player must announce that the card was exposed before the watch. Any card that falls off the table is considered as an exposed card.

13. If a card is exposed due to a dealer error, the player doesn't have the option to take or reject the card. The situation will be governed by the rules concerning the performed Variant.

14. If a player escapes a map on the floor, it will not be replaced.

15. If the dealer prematurely deals any cards until the round of betting is finished, these cards will not be at stake, even if the remaining player decides to fold.

16 if the dealer fails to burn a card or burns more than one card, this error must be corrected if it is posted before that the action be commenced for this bidding round. Once the action is begun, the card remains valid. The error to be corrected or not, data cards should then be those who would be dropped if the error had not occurred. Example: If two cards are burnt instead of one, one of the two burnt cards will be delivered on top of the game and will serve as a map burned in the next round. The last round of the auction, if there is no possible action due to the fact that a player is all-in, the error must be corrected if it is discovered before the pot has been awarded, in as much as package, table cards and burned cards are sufficiently identifiable to determine the correct replacement card.

17. If package has been altered for any reason any, as for example if the dealer believed that the hand was over and that he mixed package, hand remains valid, and the game is restored in the most consistent manner.
