Marcos Lino Sapo breaks a leg during combat

This is not unlike the 2nd fight between Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman. Marcos Lino Sapo fractured his leg in Brazil in a combat of the Favela Kombat association. Hope for him that he will go out as well as Silva in his remission.
