The story was made public on the TwoPlusTwo forums.
The facts are simple: WCGRider has a trojans (or Trojan horse) in his well computer despite him. What is a Trojan horse? Spy software to the simple principle: once in the victim's computer, it sends information to the hacker (in this case here, the cards in poker games). WCGRider then starts to lose a lot of money for an unknown player.
The player in question is "Forbidden536". WCGRider had second thoughts when he realized that his opponent was just too strong and he had every time the good timings (bluffing at the right time, at the right time caller, etc). He communicated his doubts to PokerStars who made an investigation.
After a quick analysis, PokerStars has blocked the account of "Forbidden356", which were $ 34 397 before repay the sum to WCGRider.
For the moment, the story stops there and the ending is happy, but history could be more complex given that WCGRider lives in collocation and his roommates had also similar doubts.
The culprit? Possibly Joshua Tyler, a roommate of passage hosted a few days in the strange behavior accompanied by unexplained Internet connection problems. These items all have enough to the other roommates to have serious doubt; Maybe other computers have also been infected.
Remembered that Daniel Cates alias "jungleman12" had already been involved in a similar case, but he quickly was exonerated by the victim on the forums (see above link).
One of the first hands who alerted the victim is this:

Standard call with jack high? Excellent read for an unknown player.
In the words of WCGRider, "Forbidden536" callait several big 4bet with hands like 84o. He often raisait flops. Every Rider had the nuts, his foldait opponent. Whenever he had nothing, his opponent raised. Its timings were almost perfect. Very rarely "Forbidden536" was the bad calls. Once WCGRider remembers that his opponent has folde on the river after having overbette the flop, bette turning and bette River (there folde on the all in WCGRider).
