According to some sources that seem credible, the network Cereus (Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet or UB) would have debts in the order of $ 53.7 million. This money is owed to the players (of all countries). The bad news is that the network would have 5 or 6 million in hand now.
This information would come of a well placed inside Absolute Poker employee and the information would have been confirmed by several others. According to this same source who wishes to remained anonymous (we will understand it), of these 54 million, $ 30 million would be debts owed Americans players.
Of the 5 or 6 million remaining, about half should be used to pay the U.S. costa employees who work for AB and UB.
Things are taking away from the best to the Cereus network, which is a sad fate for our players (and all other players) on PokerCollectif that have funds frozen on this site.
For the moment, the cashout are trickling on both sites. At the time of this writing, less than 6000 players are online on AP, this is far from the old good days of the site.
We will try to give you the latest information on this issue as they become available.
In the meantime, you can discuss this news on PokerCollectif forums: network Cereus must 54 M$ players
