We know that president Barack Obama is a poker enthusiast. But no one knew that he used his knowledge of the game to illustrate some points in his speech! In his words: "So we re already paying for our failure to act." And what s more, the longer our infrastructure erodes, the deeper our competitive edge erodes. Other nations understand this. They are all in going".
Which would result in: "so we already pay for our inaction. Most our infrastructure are eroding, less our edge becomes large. Other nations have understood this. They are going all-in".
