As of 4 January last, the Alderney Gaming Control Commission who had withdrawn the licence for Full Tilt Poker, issued a rather terse release that left many questions outstanding.
According to this release, at the request of the police, the AGCC will continue to accept complaints of the former FTP players who still have funds frozen on the site. These complaints will be available to the police. On the other hand, although the AGCC has revoked the licence to FTP, it has more authority to resolve conflicts that may exist between the players of FTP and FTP (except players who have an address in Switzerland).
Other players (apart), so will have the following options:
1 - Full Tilt Poker will soon provide a contact to address complaints. When this contact information will be known, the AGCC provide us them.
2 - Anyone considering that she is a victim of crime in this story may contact his local police or the police in his country to report the facts. These complaints will be dealt with centrally.
