CryptoLogic acquired Parbet

CryptoLogic the Canadian software provider of online games (InterPoker, SunPoker, The Sands Casino) recently announced acquisition of Parbet.com l, a poker site online. All for the modest sum of 9 million Euros.

However, depending on the performance of next 6 months, this amount could s raise until 13 million Euros. It is not so high when we know that s Cryptologic expects to increase its revenue d about $ 2 million from this agreement for the year 2007 alone.

The agreement is for all assets and brand, including the software, the customer service multilingual, payment processing services, lists of customers, data bases, players deposits, etc.

Since January 15, Parbet users play with other users of Crypto.
