After a silence of a few weeks that suggested us to a standstill in the history already very long and complicated Full Tilt Poker, a cold shower for the former players: while everything seemed to go like clockwork for the re-opening of the site somewhere in March, it was announced that Chris Jesus Ferguson claimed 14.3 million to FTP and this query could slow the reopening of the site (Please note here that the query has not yet been received and that it could well be released).
It is first of all an article posted on SubjectPoker that it has announced http://www.subjectpoker.com/2012/01/chris-fergusons-secret-bank-accounts/
For those who have not seen or read the news, Ferguson, who has already withdrawn several tens of millions of dollars of dividends from Full Tilt Poker, has threatened to hamper the operation with the DOJ and the Group Bernard Tapie, if the matter is not settled.
According to the new, Ferguson received FTP $ 60 million deposited in secret accounts listed Pocket Kings, parent company of FTP.
These accounts have been identified as being the property of Ferguson.
Today we learn that these 60 million dollars, only 45 M have been redistributed and that 14 M were still in the vaults. The money had been left there by Ferguson after black friday to replenish the coffers of the companies.
Chris Ferguson and Ian Imrich (his lawyer) threatened to file an appeal concerning the money seized by the DOJ, as well as an injunction to delay the recovery of the assets of Full Tilt by the GBT.
Remains to be seen whether or not this request will be received by the judge.
