Ivey continues Full Tilt and request including:
-General and special damages for over $ 10,000
-Damages for loss of reputation for more $ 150,000,000
-A remedy by injunction
Full Tilt Poker through Tiltware yesterday published a fairly scathing response to the accusations of Mr Ivey.
The answer is as follows:
"Unlike his sanctimonious public statements, the sole purpose of unfounded complaint of Phil Ivey is to help single-player: itself." To grow a little more at the expense of others, M.Ivey seems to have issued his complaint at the appropriate time to thwart the impending multi-party agreement that would reimburse players. In fact, M.Ivey was invited to assist the company in its efforts, including paying off a large sum that he was at the site, but he refused. Tiltware doubt that selfish and frivolous M.Ivey complaint be presented one day before a Court of Justice. But if it was the case, the company is eager to be able to demonstrate that the complaint of M.Ivey has only purpose is to serve the financial interests of M.Ivey and not those of the players he claims to want to help."
Here, Full Tilt Poker accuses of somehow Phil Ivey have slowed down the process of payment to players in who have not collaborated with them.
