I am the kind of person who we imagine a reason behind every action. If I start chopper blinds after spending a long time without doing, is that I have a reason. And these people are right. I have one.When these people try to guess the reason that drives me to do something in particular or weird, they always end up by screwing just because they know that the priority of a poker pro is to make profit. On the other hand, for me, this is rarely the case. For example, limping the button, I never do it. But the reason has nothing to do with the cost per hand or something of the sort. Or when I immediately a rebuy. This is not to intimidate, simply because I want these tokens now. When I'm waiting to play $20-40 and that I have the choice between playing the $6-12 or the $9-18, I will always choose to play $6-12. Is not that the game is weaker, but just $ 3 tokens of $9-$18 where I play are too ugly.
Sometimes, my reasons are complicated and philosophical, other times, bent. It happens when someone kindly pointed me out that I take too much time to reflect on my hand. So I mug whenever there are more than two opponents. And because there are always more players to my tables, my point of reference has no importance. It's simple.
Take a decision on the poker is like taking any other decision. Must be weighed, thoughtful, reasonable, rational and identify its priorities. When you buy a car, bet a hand, choose a dish or say, 'choppons,' it is important to know your priorities. Why Joe bought the blue car instead of the red car? Because the car was bigger and better suited for him. Why is Bob playing poker until 4h00AM? Because it is more pay as sleeping!
