131 persons took part in the tournament of celebrities at the Casino du Lac-Leamy last Saturday (theoretically 132 but Geneviève Brouillette was able to be there)! During this tournament, 15 celebrities were invited to join with other players and players! Several members of PokerCollectif were also on hand including the General Irish, Sharon, Blackpoule, PetitCanard (champion of the same tournament last year) as well as human to belts,-jpp.
The tournament scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM offered 20,000 starting chips and the blinds were starting at 25/50. The structure was so that the blinds increased to 30 minutes.
The majority of our PokerCollectif celebrities have quickly fallen combat! General Irish was the first to eliminate while his AK has met with AA! The board does not change hands and Irish is quickly eliminated. A few hours later, it only remained that jpp who was on the spot with its colours of the Playground.
It has also been the only one among the PokerCollectif members to rank in awards ending 15th for $ 686.40
On the final table, there was still 2 celebrities whose head was put at price ($ 500); Jean-François Mercier and Sébastien "Denis Drolet" Dubé!
Speaking of Jean-François Mercier, during the tournament, at one point, he took off his watch and filed on the table before the start of a hand by saying: "for the next hand, I bet my Rolex I pricked Duhamel". What is of course well laugh the players present at his table! Mercier was also hyper throughout this tournament, to the delight of the people on the spot! A slightly exasperated player cries of Mercier at his table, literally began earplugs in your ears to no longer hear it!
The tournament ended after 12 hours of play and it finally Bruno Courcelles who theoretically finished ranked first to touch $ 9768 as positions 2 and 3!
20 people were paid in this tournament. The smallest award was $ 580 for the 20th, 19th, 18th and 17th places!

3rd: Franco Amorelli $6600 *.
4th: Renald Lemay $4540 "Foubrak"
5th: Jean-François Mercier $ 3696
* When more than 3 players remained, they agreed to share the positions 1, 2 and 3 in 3 equal parts despite the imbalance of the stacks. Note Lépine then owned 50% of the tournament tokens!
