After his victory against Jim Miller, Donald Cerrone was supposed to face Nurmagomedov Khabib that looked to be enthusiastic to face "The Cowboy Cerrone". Unfortunately, a few minutes after the announcement of the fight on Twitter by Mike Chiappetta for UFC 178, it was announced that Khabib injured his knee 20 minutes after signing the contract. Too bad for him that was heading slowly but a championship bout surely.
