The game franchise "Assassin's Creed" created by Ubisoft Montreal will change hand for a next opus. While Ubisoft Montreal completes their work on "Assassin's Creed: Unity" scheduled for October 28, 2014, Ubisoft has announced that its studio in Quebec City will be front row for one of the upcoming titles of the series.
Last January, Ubisoft announced an investment of $28 million in its Quebec operations. Today, the editor revealed that from this investment, $4 million will be used to equip new workspaces. This initiative ensures that the studio will be in Quebec City for at least 14 years.
The expansion of Ubisoft in Québec will be completed in the spring of 2016. Finally, Ubisoft is currently in period of employment while its goal is 100 new jobs for the studio.
